I advised them I had not cancelled but had made an inquiry about doing so since I had the trip insurance for this stay but was advised the stay was not eligible, so I therefore advised to disregard through the virtual system! โWhat a bonus when visiting family. Absolutely a beautiful hotel, they brought me ice at 11:30 pm to my door and a pot of coffee at 7:00 am. I felt like I was in New York. They also had bicycles for guests and it was so fun to ride around this cute small town and soak it up. You must stay here!!!โ
