The Staff was Very Friendly and It's Nice They Give Free Bottles of Water! Two Nights in a row I could hear the Person in Next Room Loudly Snoring, it also took a Day to get the Refrigerator Cold it was Hot When I Checked in.

It was clean and decent. The staff were responsive. The breakfasts were average. The area was OK. It was a typical Hampton Inn. Rates were OK.

Most everything was fine. The breakfast was a little lacking. There were no eggs and there is quite a wait if someone wants toast or waffles. The only other thing that I noticed was there were short black hairs on the bed when my daughter turned back her blankets to get in bed, and the same hairs were present on the bathroom floor on the edges. I think you guys should vacuum more often. The customer service was perfect, and the room was nice overall. We also enjoyed the pool and workout center.

The room had a musty odor. The toilet seat wasn't tightly installed, kept moving around while sitting on it. The place was under renovations, we ended up checking out around 10:30 am Saturday even though we were supposed to stay until Sunday 😕😕

Avoid --- At least for the near future

I had 7 rooms at this location.... experiences ranged from OK to TERRIBLE! This property is undergoing renovations, I was unaware until we arrived. A few of the rooms were ok, my room smelled like a workout area. My bosses room was located on the 2nd floor which was in complete shambles. He thinks he may be the only person on that floor and the construction workers apologized to him. The worst however is that one of my co-workers rooms had bed bugs. This was confirmed after a trip to her DR. after she arrived home. This was completely unexpected from a Hampton Inn.
