“Excellent Como location! 4 minute walk from the Cadenaba Pier to the short ferries to Bellagio and Varenna (but buy a day pass so you are not stuck in ticket lines on the other side). Also some nice lakeside restaurants nearby. Very clean and open layout with beautiful views of the lake and Bellagio. Clothes Washer machine was very helpful mid-trip. Secure garage parking for a car also a nice add to make this an excellent location for a Como stay.”

“Apartment is beautiful. However you have no privacy in the living room area as you can see from outside the windows in and here in lake como there are many more apartments around that are higher than this one or about the same height and can see in. Also had LOTS of trouble with check in as the host DOES NOT want to answer anything and only directs you to a link with drop down arrows where there is paragraphs explaining things. They only give you a parking lot and pictures and you need to...

“Beautiful view. It has a .6 mile walk down cobble stone steps to the ferry. So be prepared to walk. But very doable and worth it! Loved our stay! ”

“This is a very nicely appointed suite with a complete kitchen just steps from the ferry landings. The check in process is Byzantine with a blizzard of videos but ultimately the process went very smoothly and the host was responsive. Our suite “the queen” was a serious climb up- a total of 70 steps from street level, so probably not a great choice for elderly travelers or people in poor physical condition.”

“Excelente ubicación, vista, muy limpio y comodo, sin duda legaría a hospedarme nuevamente”

“Excellent communication process through out the entire stay.”
