Beautiful apartments with all of the necessary amenities to provide an enjoyable stay. The location is excellent and the staff are very helpful and approachable. Highly recommended.

Zeer goed onderhouden appartement. Groot, comfortabel, rustig gelegen. Zeer vriendelijke receptie. Goed uitgelegd hoe we moesten rijden en auto konden parkeren om spullen uit te laden. De dame bij de receptie gaf veel tips op de plattegrond aan. Van goede vis restaurants tot geweldige tapas barretjes en café Royalty. Ook de bezienswaardigheden. Er stond een fles water klaar en je kunt koffie en thee maken. Als je nieuwe handdoeken, thee enz wilt, hoef je t maar te vragen. Als we weer in Cadiz komen kiezen we zeker voor Maier

We koved our stay here in Cadiz. Food, beach and sites were all walkable. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Highly recommended!

Great Cadiz apartment
Great apartment in a good location for exploring Cadiz. The apartment had everything we needed and was really well designed. Check in was very easy and thank you for the map and recommendations. We would definitely stay again if in Cadiz and highly recommend the apartments.

Excelente localización de los apartamentos en el casco antiguo, fácil acceso a la playa y con restaurantes y bares cerca. Impresionante el tamaño de las habitaciones, equipadas y muy bien cuidadas. Que no te falte probar una de sus cervezas!

Mi estancia muy bien pero lo peor es el parkin que no hay parkin y ponen el la pagina que si hay pero lomitido y nisiquiera en recepción me lo comentaron nos mandaron a un parkin de pago estoy muy decepcionado

Estimada Rocío,Nos complace saber que ha disfrutado de su estancia y lamentamos el incidente con el parking. Efectivamente, nosotros tenemos plazas de parking en un garaje privado y tras recibir su reserva le enviamos un email preguntándole si quería reservar una plaza ya que tenemos menos plazas de parking que apartamentos. Usted no contestó a ninguno de nuestros correos ni llamadas por lo que a su llegada, siendo agosto, nuestro parking estaba completo. De ahí, que uno de nuestros compañeros de recepción le indicara amablemente un parking cercano de pago. Creemos que el incidente no merece una nota tan baja sobre nuestros apartamentos ya que intentamos contactar con usted en reiteradas ocasiones para advertirle sobre el parking pero seguiremos trabajando para la satisfacción de nuestros clientes.Un saludo,

Everything was excellent, all the the staff was very nice and kind. The only things that could be improved is the comfort of the mattress of the couch and also a reserved parking area for the hotel. We enjoyed our stay and the comfort of the hotel. The hotel is closed to everything satisfying everyone with their own activities. The kitchen was very practical and we appreciated so much to be able to wash our clothes but the machine couldn’t really dry ? The inside view with the terrace brings a lot of brightness to the appartements. We would gladly come again. Thank you so much for making our vacations so pleasant !

En general, la estancia ha estado bien. Camas individuales. cuando pedimos cama de matrimonio. Al principio de nuestra estancia la luz se iba cada 2 × 3. mi opinión es que es un sitio pequeño para el precio que pagué.

Hola José Luis, entendemos que te refieres al parking y no al apartamento. En Cádiz centro es difícil aparcar, por eso ofrecemos nuestras plazas de parking en un garaje privado por un suplemento para que nuestros clientes no tengan esa problemática. Esperamos verles de nuevo!

Modern and clean apartment with everything you need inside. The area around has some great traditional bars and tavernas. I much preferred them to the ones near the Cathedral. You can eat with locals as well as the tourists. I recommend Taberna Casa Manteca.
