Me comunique telefonicamente el dia anterior a mi llegada y me dijeron que no tenian reserva a mi nombre,me hicieron hacer tres llamados para nada,una verguenza,tuve que salir a buscar otro lugar,lamentable comportamiento

Valeu a pena
Gostamos do hotel. Bom quarto, bem localizado, área da piscina muito bonita.
Não gostamos do café da manhã.
E tive um susto quando cheguei e me entregam um quarto duplo, quando minha reserva era para um quarto triplo. Mas isso foi resolvido logo.
