El personal es muy amable y la habitación que elegí, limpia, confortable y con aire acondicionado. Cerca de Piazza Yenne, en pleno centro de la ciudad y de la estación de ferrocarril.

E' in pieno centro, con annessi servizi come un supermercato, fermate taxi e bus, oltre decine di locali. il personale gentilissimo e premuroso: il proprietario/gestore appena arrivate, stanche e distrutte, alle 23.00 ci ha offerto anche 2 bottiglie d'acqua per la notte. MAAAAAA! il bagno non aveva una mensola di appoggio, nè il bicchiere per spazzolini ed idem nella doccia. Neanche uno specchio, oltre quello sopra lavandino abbastanza piccolo come il lavandino; lo shampoo è impossibile.

Unfortunately, II feel our holiday would have been more enjoyable had we stayed in a different hotel.
Firstly, on arrival to the hotel there was an offensive smell throughout the building which smelt as though someone had tried to mask it with copious amounts of equally offensive musky air freshener.
I would advise anybody staying here, In order to effectively communicate with staff you should be fluent in Italian. (I speak basic Italian which didn’t seem to get me anywhere.) The gentleman who greeted us on our first day was very friendly and did try his best despite the language barrier.
The room was on par with that of a hostel. The room wasn’t particularly clean, the sheets were not changed daily and we were not given fresh towels each day. The door to the room was not fit for purpose, the lock was old and jammed easily we were actually locked out on one oaccasion as lock comepletely jammed. I think the hotel should be honest and explain that the hotel is right in the middle of night life as this would be of attraction to some people but not to others. Out room was directly underneath 2 bars and getting any sleep was impossible (I’m a deep sleeper) as it was so loud with music and people who were feeling merry and singing! The broken balacony door didn’t help as we couldn’t drown out any noise. It boasted a free breakfast was included in the booking - iit wasn’t. Breakfast was never mentioned and the language barrier made it impossible to enquire. disappointing
