“Pool , staff every thing was great. I wish I had realized There was a small store almost across the street. I also wish they had beach chairs. Take a small soft collapsible ice chest for the beach. I felt very safe there and traveling around the area. Rent a rav 4 or similar. Go beach hopping , explore off the beaten path a little. Not difficult to do. Plug your phone in to the car. You will be fine. ”

“Hotel is located in a calm neighborhood few min from the ocean. My room was very cleaned and comfortable. Daily service was great and overall very satisfying. Breakfast was good, and the service wasmostly consistent. I highly recommend staying here. ”

One major issue was the bathroom setup — there was no shower curtain separating the shower from the toilet, so water got all over the toilet and floor every time the shower was used. “This place was perfect for my family (adult children). Lots of wild life on the resort. The beautiful breakfast buffet was delicious. Staff at the desk was friendly and helpful. Rustic Jungle vibes in gorgeous setting. Many nights ended with a swim at the pool. Excellent base camp for Manzanillo, Cahuita, Uva, and of course Puerto Viejo. “We were really impressed with this property. Staff were very courteous, helpful and available throughout the day. Great location for walking to Cocles beach and in town. Very good wifi and breakfast. We rented a Motobike from across the road for $25/day which made getting around the area super easy. Would recommend!”
