“Great but not a 5 stars. Food is average. No real service at the pool. Only 1 towel per person at the pool.”

“I liked the location of the hotel, and the staff were very nice and welcoming. Unfortunately, I wasn’t impressed with the room. It was very basic and overly simple, and the overall atmosphere reminded me of an old hospital, which made the stay less comfortable. The biggest disappointment, however, was the restaurant. There wasn’t much of a food selection, especially if you wanted to eat later in the evening. Most importantly, I ordered calamari there and unfortunately experienced very bad food...

“The bed was very comfortable and it’s in a great location to Soller, just a couple minutes walk from all the shops, restaurants, and church. I did find it challenging having a virtual reception though, as responses could be slow. I ended up talking to the reception at my friend’s hotel instead whenever I needed a recommendation or help with a taxi etc.”
