아들과 여행
5살 아들과 하는 여행이였는데 퀸베드라 둘이 자기에 충분히 넓고 룸 자체도 다른 호텔 보다 넓은 편이여서 숙박하는 동안 답답하지 않았어요. 옆방에 지인이 숙박했는데 전혀 소리 들리지 않을 정도로 방음도 잘됐구요.

추천할 만한 가족여행에 좋은 호텔
청결하고 조용하고 서비스 좋습니다. 위치가 터미널, 라군과도 가까운 편이고요. 조식은 풍성하거나 대단하지는 않은데 조식포함 예약이라면 나쁘지 않은 수준입니다. 나가는 날 late check out을 요청했더니 2시로 연장해 주었습니다. Pool에서 놀고 있는데 기한이 12시였다고 전화가 와서 다시 내려가서 2시라고 들었다 했더니 당시 시간인 1시30분까지로 변경해 주었습니다. 바로 체크아웃하고 짐 맡기고 호텔내 수영장에서 놀다가 비행시간에 맞춰 나갔습니다. 바로 처리해 줘서 기분나쁘지는 않았습니다.

Well located and a very good stay for my family. Breakfast was fantastic and well worth it. The room was clean and if you are on the top floor, you will have a nice view. Very nice restaurants nearby that you can walk to. Upon checking in I requested a higher-level room, and the first receptionist (Faz) declined my request and politely said there were no similar rooms available in the hotel and gave us a room at level 3. About 20 minutes later I asked the same from another gentleman at the desk who quickly and nicely changed our room to a similar room on level 10.

リーフフリートターミナル、食事やCasino、レンタカーも徒歩圏内にあり、とても便利で過ごしやすかったです。スタッフも親切で時間によりますが、日本人スタッフもいらっしゃって安心でした。朝食も美味しかったですが、ほぼ同じメニューでしたので、連泊する方は飽きてしまうかもです。

They advertise a harbour view room which is inappropriate as you would need to go on the balcony and look far right to see part of the harbour. We mentioned this to the front desk and the only thing they said was “sorry”. Also, the front desk manager was just plain unpleasant upon check in. Lastly, it is time for another reno.

I must’ve stayed here on 10 occasions s and never once has any of the porters or concierge staff offered to bring luggage to the room, or even assist with luggage in or out of the vehicle.

Pullman Cairns is perfectly situated on the edge of all the activity but location keeps you away from all the noise! Beautiful hotel with great views and very comfortable accommodations. Would gladly stay here again.

到着時アーリーチェックイン出来るお部屋をすぐに探してくれて、対応が良かったです。ホテルから歩いて食事に行ける場所がたくさんありました。お店もいくつかあり、お土産を買うのに便利でした。とても治安がよく怖い思いはしませんでした。ホテルのアメニティが少し少ないように感じました。

Staff were helpful and the we were greeted with a warm welcome. The room was very old and dated. It was musty and damp also. I understand that it's tropical far north Qld in wet season but the bathroom didn't have an exhaust fan so everytime we had a shower it added to the humidity. I later found out that we were placed in an old unrefurbished room. When a hotel wasn't full like it was during our stay, I struggle to understand why they would put someone in that room! Swimming poolnarea and pool also looked very tired and in need of refurbishment.

The assistant manager Lauren Martin should not be an assistant manager and she shouldn’t work the desk. She was rude and shouldn’t have anything to do with customers. She ruined my day. This place is great! We checked in late at night and they gave us a upgraded room! That was very nice of them to do that. We had a wonderful week at the Pullman. The renovated rooms are excellent and leave little to need. The property is old but we didn’t feel it was a major issue. Staff are always happy to assist where they can. Special

No doubt a lovely hotel but check in process was painfully long and slow particularly given they already had all of my details. Also unfortunately the bed was awful and it was a long sleepless night on what felt like metal springs. With so many other options in town I wouldn’t stay here again

There’s a staff at the luggage counter, name Agustin. I strongly recommend Pullman cairns international investigate this staff. We checked out at 1 pm today and we store our luggage. we back to the hotel to pick up my luggage around 4 pm. You better confirm if there’s a guy work at luggage counter between 2pm -5pm name Agustin. When I gave him the luggage tag, he was very confused. He confirmed with me again and again and clearly saw my name on his list. He showed a doubt. I really don't understand. Is it so hard to open the luggage door and push out my two cases? Is this normal service attitude? Then he went into the room where the luggage was stored. I waited for him for ten minutes and he didn't come out. A girl in green came out and told me that Agustine had gone in to pick up my luggage and that he would be out soon. After ten minutes, I couldn't wait any longer, so I went to the front desk to find a receptionist who was very helpful to me. When he opened the luggage door, there was my suitcase in front of him. I was shocked that my name tag was on my suitcase. So I don't know why Agustine has any prejudices about about me that make him reluctant to push the luggage out to me. This action should take no more than 10 seconds. Is this the attitude pullman presents to customers? I hope pullman cairns international will look into this thoroughly. No matter what the reason is, pullman has to punish Agustine for dealing with this matter.
