Hotel esta abandonado, cama desconfortavel, ar condicionado nao funciona, roupa de cama tinha marcas de maquiagem, tive que ir no shopping comprar fronha de travesseiro e toalhas, chuveiro ruim, cafe da manha e pessimo pior que ja vi, de pao dormido, frutas passadas, com suco de pozinho (nao e natural) ...

Equipe educada e muito prestativa. Quarto grande e limpo porém o Ar condicionado estava pingando no quarto e cortinas com várias partes faltando o blackout, sol entrava direto no quarto.
