โAt first we were a little worried given the hotel is located right across the very busy port. However, it turned out to be the best location. Right behind the hotel is the cutest street with all shops and restaurants.
The hotel was very clean, 5 star service from the reception and cleaning staff. All were very friendly and helpful. Two terrasses are available all day for the guests. You can bring your own food and have dinner, or bring your own aperitivo and enjoy the most beautiful views!...

Gino & Monica were instant family. I always felt so safe and taken care of by both of them. I had no idea how special this stay would become. The pool area is lovely and the shuttle to the private beach was incredibly convinient and luxerious. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to family and friends. โThis hotel was an absolute lifesaver! I arrived last minute, late at night, and the receptionist kindly stayed late just to welcome me and check us in. The location is fantasticโless than a 5-minute walk to the port of Palau. Many of the rooms offer beautiful water views, which was such a nice surprise.
Itโs a no-frills hotel, but itโs incredibly clean, has air conditioning throughout, and includes breakfast. What really sets it apart is the warm and welcoming staffโthey go above and beyond....
โPetra Segreta is a little piece of heaven if youโre looking for a quiet, relaxing experience. Internet access was spotty. Breakfast has many good options. The restaurant could use a change of menus especially since there is only one casual dining option. โ
