"Really wasn’t happy. We didn’t actually stay in the hotel we were given because it wasn’t the one that we had booked. There was a very good reason why we booked Hotel Mar De Tossa - we were going to check it out in preparation for taking 40 children to it next year. We were shocked to find it closed and then sent to another hotel where there was only a key pad and no human beings. We left the hotel and found another one that had people there. As we didn’t get the hotel we booked and ended up paying for another one we would like a refund for what we paid. We will never book through Hotels.com again. The whole situation was unacceptable."

"I had a terrible experience at this property, there are no physical keys, everything is access code operated. On our very first day, a gentleman walks into our unit claiming he needs to repair, while i am in my boxer. Felt extremely uncomfortable and unsafe of us and our belongings over the next 5 days. The management is on hook for this, the property is amazong if managed better. "

"The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful and the location can’t be beat. If you are parking a car, I recommend paying a little more to park in the public lot which is a two minute walk north of the hotel along the beach. Otherwise, you’re going to have to double park to check in before receiving a remote to park in an off site lot garage."
