"We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful, and we really enjoyed our time here. Our only criticism would be the staff shortage. The current staff are clearly working extremely hard and seem exhausted, which is understandable given how stretched they are. Reception is only manned from 11am, which can be a little inconvenient if you need assistance with anything before then. There also doesn’t appear to be any staff available from around 7pm onwards, meaning there are no drinks available in the evening to sit and relax on the balcony with. That said, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily return. Hopefully the staffing situation improves, as the hotel has so much potential"

"Great choice if you'd like to stay in the Old Town. 10 minute stroll downhill to the best beach, Poniente. Buses stop in the main Street which is around 2 minutes away. Those buses will take you to Centro, Bus station, Tram station, Finestrat... The hotel is spacious. An array of lifts that may confuse you as they only take you to very specific floors. There's an auto laundry, a rarity to have in a Benidorm hotel. A gym. An indoor pool plus the outdoor version. My room was clean and well decorated. The carpets need replacing. The old style tub chairs in the main lounge need replacing. The duo of dining rooms are clean, well lit and noisy. Some acoustic panelling would be of benefit. On the subject of dining : you won't go hungry. The stews and cutlets of meat are tender and delicious. Vegetables are few, although salad is always available. The bread rolls are the freshest I've ever had in a hotel of this size in Beni! I'd stay here again, but would book breakfast only for more of what I'd like to eat rather than take what was on offer."

"Fantastic apartment, very spacious. Views from the terrace were spectacular and it was great to have our own private pool. Very peaceful location yet only a short walk away from the beach, both Cala de Finestrat and Poniente beach. Check in was so easy, checkout was at 12 noon which was great. The apartment exceeded our expectations and we will definitely return. The kitchen was small in comparison to the rest of the apartment. No microwave in the kitchen as shown in listing. Only problem was the outside terrace, no parasol as shown in listing , the outdoor furniture has seen better days and wasn't clean when we arrived. Had to take cushion covers off and wash before we could use it and the terrace itself was rather dirty. We cleaned it ourself before use, only problem being the mop in utility room didn't fit the shaft so we had to improvise. Overall a great place to stay but the terrace furniture is past its best, could be replaced and maybe clean the outside terrace before guest arrive."
