Had to call maintenance to get it fixed, even after that the door wouldn't close properly and my kid had a hard time closing it for the reminder of the vacation. Definitely not a 4 star hotel with the amenities, there is no exhaust in the bath and the pipes are flimsy, the towel holder broke, not enough lighting in the room, checked another room and there was an extra tall table lamp which wasn't there for whatever reason in my room. Positives were the housekeeping and maintenance were prompt with their services and cleaning was done daily. Apart from that, lots of areas for improvement and isnt worth the cost. "
