Hilton Clearwater Beach Resort & Spa

6/10 Okay

"The public spaces in the hotel are lovely. However, our room was not as nice. The controller in the shower came off in our hands if we weren’t careful. The shower door didn’t close all the way. The water in the basin drained very slowly and didn’t drain at all on our last day. I reported two issues that I considered potential hygiene issues in the outside dining area but neither were addressed. The staff were very nice but didn’t seem motivated to fix things that were wrong. This made us feel uncomfortable."

"The location was perfect. Staff was friendly and helpful, especially housekeeping. The beds were very comfortable. We loved the convenience of Sloppy Joe's and many other stores and restaurants right across the street. Dispite having the world's loudest, rudest toilet (lol) we would stay there again and again."

"The was a 3 night stay for my wife and I. Room was very clean and nice. Its not fancy but was a great place to sleep ans shower while spending time at the beach. You can walk to beach and restaurant easily. I will be back for sure. Oh and all the staff were super nice."
