“La habitacion que habia reservado con vista al golfo no me la dieron. Me dieron una con vista a un parking y tres palmeras. Me reuse, me cambiaron a otra. El pasillo por las noches es un asco, lleno de platos sucios que la gente saca de sus habitaciones. El balcon estaba sucio con un limpiador de dientes. Y la cafetera de mi habitacion no funcionaba. Tuve que pedir que la cambien por otra. Paque una fortuna por un servicio que no recibi. ”

“Couldn’t ask for a better view. We had room service breakfast on the balcony and it was lovely. Room was very modern, clean, and beachy. Fit 2 adults and 2 kids comfortably. Walk to the beach was steps. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. 4 stars for the staff overall- only because the restaurant made an error with our dinner reservation and I didn’t feel it was remedied. ”

“The hotel's location is quite advantageous. The beach is just a short stroll away, and shops and restaurants are conveniently situated just across the street. The hotel staff are amiable and obliging. The facilities, though somewhat dated, are maintained in an exceptionally clean condition. The valet parking service is prompt and efficient.”

“The hotel itself is older, but the rooms are clean and updated. We were told at booking that there was access to a gym, but that turned out not to be true. That should be updated in the description of the hotel. The view can’t be beat, though!!”

“If you choose a room with ocean views be aware you are going to hear the very loud music from the hotel next door Thurs-Sat night. Also the pictures make it seem like there may be options for rental chairs on the beach, but there are not. For the price and location right on the beach it works well if you don’t need a ton of amenities. ”

“The room was clean but had a lot of wear and tear. Nothing that made it unusable, but like the chair was very worn down. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived late at night and had to check out in the middle of the night and the staff were nice and friendly even though they were there late. When the pool was cold they fixed it quickly and it warmed up fairly fast. Not 100% but the staff said it would take 3-4 hours and we were only in there for about an hour and it was already...
