“Very nice stay, staff, area and property.”

“Overall great place to stay”

“Ok I hate to write anything negative at all, because they really do their best to go above and beyond. Noise is a huge problem for me as I am a light sleeper. This definitely makes it difficult to travel. This one is on me because I forgot about upstairs/downstairs units. In unit #1, you will hear footsteps upstairs. If this is a problem for you also, be sure to book upstairs only. There are 10 units and 7 parking spaces. You will be asked to park around the corner at their other property when...

“The property was amazing. as soon as you checked in you are welcomed with a glass of champagne. The property is huge and very well maintained. The beach is literally a short walk across the street. I was able to go running that was a plus for me. The views you get from the pool and hot tub looking towards the beach are beautiful. The room was very spacious. It's well worth the price. And I will definitely book again, and this will be the only place in Clearwater Beach that I would stay at.”

“This was the perfect place. It’s clean, next to everything, but surprisingly quiet inside. Staff were outstanding, everything you need and super easy to get to.”

“We had a great stay. Nicely renovated and decorated rooms. Close walk to the beach and lots of restaurants”

“For the price we paid for our trip, it was very disappointing. From the check in the front desk staff advised us that our room was a great choice but that was not the case. We were not told that the room we were was an accessible room for guests who needed that accommodation, and could have been used by guest who needed the accommodation. Once we got into the room and stepped out onto the balcony, we noticed the glass windows were shattered and broken. The bathroom tub stopper was broken along...

“Perfect place to stay! Beautiful view of the beach! Rooms are beautiful and big. Staff is friendly and willing to help. Location is perfect to walk everywhere! I would highly recommend and stay at again!”

“The staff were friendly and informed. The breakfast was just ok. One day they would put the waffle maker out the next no waffle maker. The frozen fruit was awful.”

“Roof top bar was only open part of the week. Breakfast buffet was $20 and I was laughed at for thinking it may have been included. Property just felt a bit dingy, and the shower smelled of mildew. Fine for the price and convenience of beach access. Miracle the bar tender was the biggest positive and a serious reason I would even consider coming back to this hotel, she was amazing!”
