“Excellent location and very close to town and restaurants. There is an incline to get to the property if you are walking from the train station which is only 7-10 mins. However, it is not that bad. The property is easy to access. There are a few items that needed repair while we stayed. there are no toiletries in the apartment so make sure you have enough shampoo and soaps. Also we had ants everywhere in the apartment. It was not a big deal. We just placed all of our food in the refrigerator....

“The location of this property is perfect. It’s in the main plaza and not to far from the water. 12 minute walk to the ferry & train station. However, they have limited office hours which complicates things if you are getting in pretty late. Grabbing the keys from their office and walking another 12 mins to the actual property was pretty inconvenient (especially if you have luggages). The actual property is really nice and small, good for couples. ”

“Good place to stay if your'e on a budget and want to be quite central in Lugano. You have a small balcony with the view of concrete walls. Sleeping in the sofa/bed works but of course not the best. If you are on the heavier side, you will feel the steel pipes on your back. Internet via Wifi did not work at all, sent a mail to the owner the same day I arrived, three days later still not working, however 5G worked really good, I had over 300 Mbit over 5G. It has a TV, it's like 15". No use. It...
