Decepção total com a empresa hotéis.com

Tive uma enorme decepção com o hotéis.com pois fiz a reserva e na hora não havia nada, pois o corretor provavelmente fez dupla locação e além disso, não se importou com o fato de estarmos com crianças há quase 15 horas de viagem. A empresa hotéis.com precisa selecionar melhor seus corretores
