At the time of my stay, there was a long term renovation construction project being implemented.
I would have appreciated a heads up about very loud daytime noise and vibration that may occurr, prior to my booking confirmation or pre-arrivial confirmation. It was so loud, I could not do the in room work I had planned and had to go to a different location to do my work on both days of my stay,
The good point of my stay was the manager gave me relief on my room booking charge. But, this was only after going through all levls of front desk staff before I was able to get some relief and satisfaction from the manager.
I will try them again on a future trip to Calgary but, I will ask if construction is completed before I book.
