Thank you for your review Mark. I appreciate you bringing these comments forward as they are not our typical service. I will address the noise issue with staff and explain that they should have spoke with the kids and their parents about quiet time being 10:00pmAdditionally, my sincerest apologies regarding breakfast on the Sunday. The staff member just did not show up at all - no phone call either. So we called somebody in to get breakfast ready as soon as possible. That staff member that did not show is no longer employed by our hotel as that was not acceptable. I will also train the desk person as they should have gotten you a breakfast bag to go. Again, my sincerest apologies for the issues your last night and appreciate you bringing them up.

I don't know what happened when you informed the Front Desk Agent of your issues on friday and will follow up with the Agent and Housekeeping to find out where we fell short.Additionally we did provide you with a discount at check out for the issues for each night of your stay. I am sorry to hear you were still dissatisfied and will find out what happened. We hope you will give us another try in the future to see this issue was an exception and not the norm.

I have forwarded your comments to the maintenance department to look into what would have been the issue there. Additionally, we use Chromecast to stream from your phone or laptop to the TV, we could have provided instructions from the desk.We also have recently gone under new management who will be updating the property early next year. We hope you will give us a try again after our upgrades.

If you informed the desk we would have gladly given you a room move. Just so you are aware, we just recently came under new ownership and they plan on doing renovations this winter. Our pancakes come from a machine to the left of the dispensing trays and our oatmeal we use single serving packets by the coffee station. If you visit us again our breakfast attendant will gladly help you find any missing items that you would want to try.

Being a little away from transit, we typically do not have these issues but do regret that it happened to you during your stay. Just be aware we are still in touch with police regarding this issue and have forwarded all camera footage from the hotel. We are glad you enjoyed your stay despite this issue.
