Was only here for a night. Hairs all in the jacuzzi tub, front desk workers made is complicated for check in and out, even made it difficult for me to ask for a towel. There are a lot of other nice places to choose from.

This hotel is located in a very safe and convenient location. The pool and hot tub were awesome. The property and rooms were kept clean. It is showing it's age somewhat, but nothing too severe. The staff are top notch. I will be staying here in the future.

Someone else stuck in the elevator as soon as I got there. Swimming pool and gym facility had yellow caution tape around it as well as the parking lot in the back gave it a weird feeling as if you’re going to rundown hotel

It would have been nice if they shut the dark blind & the alarm didn’t go off a 3:00 am .I checked in very late after 12:am & called & told them . I was exhausted never knew there was a darkening blind , or it would have helped with my sleep . Staff was great & food was good

Pictures deceive. Pool is quiet small and hot tub is basic. Unfortunatly it was hard for the average weekend guest to use it due to multiple sports teams taking over the small area. Staff was wonderful. Breakfast was confusing as crazy. Was strictly told at check in that breakfast is not complimentary then got one voucher for 2 audlts and 2 kids on one room but no voucher in our second room that held one adult and one kid. And the extra meal i bought was $20. Wish my kid would have had more than a bowl of cereal lol. Room was beautiful but housekeeping needs to check the small stuff. Ledges full of dust. Mirror in room was filthy. Bathroom was very clean. Property is showing aging for sure in common areas. Elevators where a bit sketchy.

Rooms were filthy, first room they gave us was covered in dog and human hair dirty bed sheets and looks like nothing has been wiped down in months. Second room they gave us sheets on bed had sex stains on it. Very disgusting and disappointing. Will never stay at a holiday inn ever again. I would rather pay a little more for a better hotel then to ever walk into what we did last week.

Overall a good hotel to stay at. Can not comment on the surrounding area as this was a quick overnight stay due to no connecting flight home. Only real issue was seatbelt was not secure on shuttle.

Completely misleading advertisement that this is an airport hotel. This is not an airport hotel. The Holiday Inn Express is the one across the highway and is 3 min away by shuttle, which I thought I had booked. This one is almost downtown Calgary and is 20 min away from the airport. The front desk agent said the shuttle would be there when we arrived. It was not. It took us 45 min to get to the "airport" hotel. When I commented on the shuttle timing and that it was called an airport hotel, the front desk agent just shrugged. She didn't bother to offer an appolgy. She had heard this before. At least the room is clean. The shuttle driver was fine (once he showed up). We will not be taking the shuttle for our morning flight. I am extremely dissapointed with Holifay Inn and also with Expedia for allowing them to advertise this falsehood.
