This hotel is beautiful, nestled in the center of San Antonio. I was born in Cali and I never imagined this place existed. Staff was very professional, and if there is an issue they will promptly fixed the situation with no hesitation. Will definitely come back!!!!

located at a nice historical site, built with everything in mind. Well decorated reminds us of the colonial era. beautiful fixtures with a touch of good taste. place to enjoy, gardens with variety of vegetation that mimics a countryside paradise, spots to sit down & enjoy food or a cap of coffee. most importantly the stuff , remarkably kind, friendly, supportive & professional, without them, this place would be an average place with only the attractiveness. At our arrival, late at night, SEBASTIAN was greeting us with a broad smile on his face with such kindness and enthusiasm giving us every small detail about our stay. Along with him was EDWIN. A young man with such presence and willingness to give us a hand with our luggage, very unique & hard to find young man. During our 1 week stay, we started to experience the rest of the staff. LUIS came around later on and was able to accommodate us when an inconvenience occurred, One person i need to mention here is LADY because of her charisma, her passion for service, always focused on our needs giving us the best she could, without her this place would be just a simple place to dine. DEYANIRA and NIEVES were on top of our room, leaving all the necessary for our hygienic needs. A special thanks to JULIO for clever advice, and generous kindness. If i had to stay here, I wouldn’t do it because of the of the premises, I would stay here again because of the staff who day x day give it all with great respect.

I loved this hotel! Everything about it. Nice helpful staff, great rooms with even greater air conditioning. Very good environment with a bit of a jungle vibe inside, great food…Also the massage service on the top floor was amazing. I’d stay here again if I ever come to Cali again.

This hotel is beautiful and the staff are so extremely nice! The service was so courteous. We parked a car in their garage and they couldn’t be more gracious. They accommodated our requests during breakfast and were so polite. I had an early flight and had to leave before breakfast service and they made sure to pack me breakfast to take to the airport. The staff are warm and welcoming and would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to everyone! The breakfast is also delicious!

Beautiful property in the heart of San Antonio, one of the oldest neighborhoods in Cali. Amazing restaurants in the area, great view, lots of shops and very central to everything in cali. This hotel is a 10/10.

It could have been better

Avoid room 209, probably the worst of the property. Although the bed was very comfortable, the air conditioning did not respond to the remote control, the sound proof in the windows was insufficient that we kept on waking up at night with every sound coming from the street, there was no safe box and the “closet” was inside the bathroom, which we consider anti-hygienic. However, the staff was so helpful we could change rooms for our second night, and that improved our experience dramatically. There was an incident with the running water for about 3 hours on day two that made us change our plans for the night, but we understand that happens. Overall it was an ok experience with a light touch of disappointment.

Absolutely beautiful property. I stayed in the Grand Suite which was incredible. The breakfast buffet was delicious and fresh. The on-site restaurant and bar were tremendous. I travel a lot and when I travel to Cali again, I will not consider another place. This is the place for me.

Hidden gem in San Antonio neighborhood. The staff is great (especially Jonathan)the location is very good, the breakfast is as good as what you order, ie you have to ask for specifics but a lot of options. Loved all the fresh fruit and vegetarian options also for dinner. Very ready to accommodate. We stayed 4 nights. Our 2nd floor room had a beautiful view to the courtyard-not much privacy if you pull up all the blinds/curtains as the courtyard restaurant is very well frequented (and romantic). Very positive overall experience. Would recommend.
