The property needs a lot of attention the staff is amazing Camila, Paulina and Jeremy they made my stay really pleasant and comfortable the bad time was when a lady named Vanessa get to the hotel and start yelling at all staff with very bad attitude and in front of all guests this is very unprofessional of her talking to the employees like that when they deserve a recognition for their hard work and dedication she is the one that needs to get fired or leave to make this place much better her administration sucks as we can see on the Maintance of the hotel. Special thanks to the staff
