Great stay! The rooms are super spacious and clean, staff was very friendly, and it’s located in a great part of town. Within walking distance from other cafes and restaurants. Definitely would stay here again

Excellent location in a pretty neighborhood surrounded by plenty of food places and entertainment and very close to avenida del rio to enjoy nature and art. Very friendly staff, very clean room; with 2 restaurants in the premises and very good free breakfast.

We had a great experience overall. The staff were very helpful and quickly resolved any issues we encountered. The room was clean, and the complimentary breakfast was excellent. The only concern we had was that our bathroom shower took a long time to warm up, never got as hot as the other rooms our family stayed in, and the water pressure wasn’t the best in our room the others were fine. Other than that, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

The hotel room was spacious and bright and in a great location. The room was clean, however the beds were not the most comfortable and there were no hand towels. When we asked for a hand towel we were given a tub mat. The breakfast was ok but one morning we arrived at 9am (breakfast was to be till 9:30) and we were told there was no more fruit or juice. When we suggested substitutes for other items on the menu we were told it would be an extra charge. We had requested an early check in prior to arrival and were never told about the extra charge. It was also very difficult to communicate with the reception staff who spoke no English at all. This property was listed as a VIP access so it was quite disappointing when it did not meet expectations.

Fantastic Fun Hotel !!

It was amazing experience and the staff was super helpful. Nice area but definitely be wary at night since it can get lonely after 8pm . Superb Property and Staff !! Give them a raise !! Highly recommend!!
