The LeClerc is situated on a quiet street in the Grenada neighborhood, and it was, in an earlier incarnation, a beautiful private residence. Everything about the hotel was excellent (wi-fi, air conditioning, cleanliness, etc.), and I would stay there again on a return trip to Cali. However, the most impressive aspect of the hotel was the staff. They were immensely kind and eager to help with all sorts of information and anything else they could do to make the stay pleasant. They inquired each evening what we wanted for breakfast the next day and went out of their way to provide it. Moreover, we arrived in Cali the night after the earthquake, and a curfew was in place. All the restaurants were closed. The owner offered to make us arepas and white cheese and cafe con leche and didn't charge us for the meal. This is a wonderful place to stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Leclerc Cali. We recently had the pleasure of visiting Cali for our anniversary, and we must say it was an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the grandeur and elegance of this establishment. The service was impeccable, the accommodations were clean and very comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast were top-notch. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Cali. Here are some of the things that I liked about the hotel: The location: Very well located in the neighbourhood Granada closed to restaurants, bars and shopping malls. The service: The staff at Leclerc were extremely friendly and attentive. They are always willing to help with anything you need, from a beverage every time you returned to providing recommendations in the area. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at Leclerc. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay in Cali.

Hotel dans un quartier tres agréable et securisé. La decoration de l'hôtel et des chambres est tres originale et de bon goût. Le personnel est sympathique,disponible et à l'écoute. La literie est tres confortable et dans la chambre que nous avions réservée, nous avons eu le plaisir d'utiliser une immense salle de bain des plus originale. Petit déjeuner correct.
