We stayed at Park V Hotel & Suites during our vacation in April and had a wonderful experience from beginning to end. The hotel was extremely clean, comfortable, welcoming, and a great place to come back to after spending the day exploring Cali. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained. The entire property had a modern, relaxed atmosphere, and we really enjoyed the rooftop terrace and the amenities the hotel had to offer. The location was also very convenient for getting around and enjoying different parts of the city. What really stood out to us was the staff. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and welcoming, and they made us feel genuinely taken care of throughout our stay. That level of hospitality makes such a difference when you are traveling somewhere away from home. We had such a positive experience here and would absolutely stay again if we return to Cali. Between the cleanliness, comfort, location, amenities, and wonderful staff, Park V Hotel & Suites was an excellent choice for our vacation. Highly recommended!

Nice, quiet facilities good location, small facility They only serve breakfast. No bar or lounge. If if you want big rooms, perfect location, I rented a suite so it was like an apartment. Only thing is you have to provide your own paper towels, Kleenex.

Hotel was just average... linen with womens hair in it...women hair on the floor... shower head not working well, shower drain backed up a little... minor things like that. Superior front desk staff! very accommodating to your request... I loved that! Give them all raises!!!

I will stay here every time I’m in Colombia. The property serves its purpose only thing is there is no weights in the gym but they have a 24 hour gym about five minutes out by Uber. The staff are the best like they leave you alone but still are super attentive of you if that makes sense and they are not trying to squeeze any money out of you in fact they are telling you ways to save money and that’s rare as a U.S. citizen visiting a country like Colombia.

The hotel is within walking distance of downtown and outdoor open-air markets. It is next to a decent park. Restaurants surround the area or within walking distance. I enjoyed my stay.

The hotel is very nice and clean. I had an interior facing room and slept wonderfully. Good AC, quiet, comfy bed, and they even honored the premium upgrade. Only downside is it's a 15-20 minute walk from many of the touristy areas but Uber's are very reasonable.
