"Communicated a number of issues with my one night stay to Hotels.com and the property did not respond to these issues. "Location was nice, cooker had mismatched knobs, ignitor on cooker did not work so we had to eat out, no instructions on how the heating worked, only heated we had was in the lounge, there is no wifi on sight, a lot of holes in walls where stuff had been removed, when we arrived the bathroom floor was very wet, we run out of hot water the day before we left and no idea how to fix this issue, we also could not find any staff on site to help with these issues. "
