Only thing was we couldn’t find instructions for the cooker and to put the hot water on but we nipped over to reception and they were helpful (with the hot water and we worked out the cooker!!). "It’s been a few years since I last stayed at Grange Manor, and overall it was a really enjoyable return visit. I asked for a room in the Garden Suite and was pleased to get one. The rooms there are a noticeable step up in quality and made the stay feel that bit more special. The only issue was that the hot water wasn’t working in the morning, which was frustrating. That said, the duty manager handled it positively and professionally, apologised, and promised a discount on my next stay, which I appreciated. The staff throughout were genuinely helpful and welcoming, and Cook’s Restaurant was a great choice for my evening meal. I’d happily return, especially for the Garden Suite rooms."
