"Check in set up is different, had to go to the second floor. Staff were super nice, everyone in Puerto Rico is so nice. Rooms were clean. The only thing weird was, no top sheet. Just a little blanket. "

"I absolutely loved my stay! I ended up booking a room here last minute after the first hotel I chose for my trip turned out to be a complete nightmare—but it honestly worked out for the best. I’m so glad I found this place! The staff were incredibly nice and welcoming, and housekeeping was always on point. The pool was amazing and definitely a highlight of my stay. The location was perfect too—close to the beach, La Placita de Santurce, and Old San Juan. Everything about my experience was a 10/10. I would definitely book here again!"

"I booked the City Apt for my kids and myself, and I was scared off a bit when I read the dreaded “scam” review. Let me be clear, I am just a normal dude from Ohio, not trying to prop up a rental, but this unit was so with the price. It is not fancy but very functional and a short walk to the beach and entertainment. I may not stay in San Juan again, but if I did, this is where I would stay. Great value, great location. The only thing I would ask for is a few more towels or a laundry service, but it was plenty manageable. I even just bout a couple cheap ones and left there. Thank you and enjoy!"

"Absolutely loved this place. Yes, it’s dated. But it had everything i needed to make my quick getaway enjoyable. A special thank you to Louis at the pool side bar. He was incredible. So attentive and thoughtful. 10/10 service from him. Pools. Jacuzzi. Beach. Everything in walking distance. Not much else you could ask for. Also, thank you to Melany, Angel and Andres for the daily text check ins and quick fixes when needed. Definitely returning. "

"Staff was friendly and desk staff did what they could to get room ready. The bath sink leaked and there is no exhaust fan. We couldn’t use all of our rewards each day because of the way they were set up. Overall it was nice. However, there should be a better informal kitchen that includes more choices like fresh fruit and cereal as well as coffee and danish"

"Pro’s: Affordable price. $25 food voucher per day (can be used for breakfast, lunch, or dinner). Free towels, chairs and umbrellas at the beach front. Beach is very close by, maybe 3 min walking. Local hotels have servers at the beach that will bring you drinks and food. Bed was extremely comfortable. Staff is sweet, friendly and accommodating. Many restaurants close by within walking distance. Cons: Security latch inside the room was broken, but the room had a 2nd lock so it was fine. Elevator was out of order due to water damage. The floor in the room was a little dirty, you can tell it wasn’t swept. The hotel overall is a bit outdated and needs repairs, but they were doing some renovations while we were there so hopefully this will help. Also, the room was damp, so you can tell they don’t have the best ventilation system. Lots of construction happening on the roads near the hotel. "

" Cute hotel right at the edge of the beach. Everything was mostly smooth. There’s just not a lot of help or attention. Stepped on glass and bought multiple shards I found to the desk. The attendant said “ok I will make sure “they” know you didn’t break anything….” I was very confused and was hoping for a bit more concern. But otherwise it’s cool if you have no issues. Also was without WiFi for about 10hr overnight. Again tho mostly wonderful stay "
