“The property sits on a very hilly slope which was not only strenuous but exhausting. Day 2 at night, I realized I didn’t have hot water, especially at night which was very uncomfortable. My toilet handle was loose and I had to push it in and turn it to flush the toilet. I lost a ring and the staff attempted to help me find it but I’m not sure how it went missing and never turned up. I didn’t receive any help going down the hill to check-out but I also didn’t request it. I’ve been to other hotels...

“Construction outside door ...noisy neighborhood.. Internet 1st night..although I messaged Mr Beggs about it...no resolution to issue...booked for 2..was provided with 1 towel..had to ask for a clean towel ...definitely not returning ”
