“First time visiting here, even though we only live a shortish distance away. Can't believe we haven't been there before! Such friendly helpful staff. The room was immaculate, quiet and comfy. Breakfast was also delicious. We will definitely return, as we want to try the Spa facilities.”

Check-in details was provided in advance of arrival and was clear to o tain the keys. The premises is sutuated close to the city centre and other amenities. So walking is an option if able. “The location is perfect. You can see the Abby out your window. Steps away from shopping and dining. Linens clean and soft. Very comfortable. ”

“Great location. Super clean and upgraded facility. Plenty of space for 3 people. Excellent communication with the host. Packing garage was a challenge for our volvo station wagon but with stiff nerves and guts we did get it in with the outside mirrors closed 😥”

“The location is perfect, 2 mins from Roman baths. Over the road from thermae spa, restaurant's, cafes, bars all on the doorstep. Our apartment was lovely and clean, beds were really comfy, great pillows too! Bathroom was spotless with great toiletries. The apartments are on a busy road as they are so central bit we didn’t hear noise at all. They are also above a Tesco express so handy to get any bits that you need. We will definitely use again. ”
