Overall Sensational Experience!
This was our first time staying at the hotel. Previously we have only done lunch. Even though I think the menu could be more exciting, the food is truly great. The reception service is also quite nice, but at the restaurant I did find some cheekiness that was later compensated for. They have a great wine/drink selection and the breakfast was also good, even though there was some issue with dated cheese at the morning buffet. The rooms are big, beds ar comfortable and the view is quite amazing. The spa is small, but massages great! The location of this hotel, if you want to be a bit off from Palma (city), but closer to places such as Puerto portals, well if so - yes book this hotel! The service could be a little bit more attentive to the guests that have the sunbeds on the cliffs, but this is just minor since the staff who worked there were really great. Well, we loved it and we are def. coming back <3

Trænger til renovering/opgradering
Vi har holdt sommerferie på hotellet to gange tidligere, 14 dage hver gang. Denne gang kun 5 dage. Vi fik to værelser, i hver sin ende af området, så vi blev placeret meget langt fra hinanden. Det ene værelse havde en aircondition som var defekt. Den larmede voldsomt, umuligt at sove til. Vi fik et andet værelse dagen efter. Her virkede wi-fi ikke og der lugtede lidt af mug. Værelset trængte til en kærlig hånd m vedligeholdelse. Det andet værelse var nyrenoveret og fint. Personalet var super søde og hjælpsomme på alle poster, de gjorde hvad de kunne. Stor fornøjelse m deres indsats. Have, terrasser og gangarealer er meget belastet af store fugleklatter. Ret klamt. Der burde højttyksspules ofte, også havemøbler og hynder. Poolen er ved at være lidt uddateret og man kunne lave en skøn udsigt fra poolområdet. Morgenmaden var blevet nedgraderet siden sidst. Ikke dårlig, men lidt mindre fantastisk. Stedet har en unik beliggenhed og charme. Underspillet luksus på mange måder, en tidslomme. En renovering og opgradering (m fitness center) uden at ødelægge den autentiske charme, er ved at trænge sig alvorligt på nu. Ikke mindst fordi værelsesprisen er steget meget siden sidst. Der er sket en ændring i strukturen omkring ejerkredsen. Hotellet var vist lejet før, men nu købt af dem der driver det?. Håber det kan skaffe midler til den renovering/opgradering stedet fortjener, Restauranten på hotellet, Las Terazza er stadig et skønt sted, med den bedste beliggenhed.

Love the old style (built -54) but yet stylish Great food in reataurant on terras, one of mallorcas best views Mayby breakfast could be even better to keep up with the rest of top notch hotel

Dejligt hotel, super restaurant og god beliggenhed lige ved havet. Tip Top. Dog er noget af personalet arrogante - det er latterligt og et absolut no-go i min bog. Smil og venlighed er langt mere charmerende og en evig vinder.

Great surroundings - terrible beds - no good AC
The hotel has a unique spot. But the comfort is not up to the price and ambition of the hotel. The beds are very hard and old. The AC temperature is not possible to adjust.

Värsta tänkbara service och slitet beachclub område med trasiga bord etc. Förvånansvärt dyrt för standarden. Rent och fint rum dock trångt och AC:n gick sönder och gick ej att laga. Inget vatten eller schampo på rummet.

Really beautiful setting, amazing food and views. Rooms a little dated with uncomfortable beds if in the older rooms. Overall enjoyable stay minus the bed/pillows.

Great classic hotel in Bendinat
The hotel is classic. Per the description, furnished in the classic mallorquín style. The location is fantastic, the service is friendly and the food is great. Just make sure you get down to the beach early to get a chair!

Worthy of Visit
Great overall, halfway through realised my eoom above kitchen but the occasional noise early in the morning never really disturbed me. Cleaners really good and friendly as was waiters. Food excellent although breakfast a little tedious with covid restrictions. I had my own terrace with sea view which was great. Pool bar facility ideal. Amazing location and views out to sea and great sunsets. Test required organised for me on site. Received a birthday bottle of cava which wasn't expected but much appreciated. I would certainly recommend a visit.

Nice but with a bitter sweet after taste
great and beautiful location. Unfortunately guests where aloud to block sun beds from early in the morning, and then arriving close to lunch time, meaning it was almost impossible to get a sun bed and you where left with nothing more then a feeling of a typical charter hotel location.

Comfortable and elegant hotel, old-fashioned decor in spectacular sea-front setting. Fabulous terrace restaurant overlooking the bay, standout dish is the paella. Comfortable spot for pre- or post- dinner drinks. Friendly and efficient staff. The longer we stayed, the more we loved it.
