You can’t beat this hotel for location next to the beach. The breakfast is a bit chaotic and the food is not great but not awful. We went Breakfast only which I would not recommend the food is too manufactured. Id go room only and eat in the local restaurants.

We enjoyed a lovely 2 night stay at this hotel recently during the total solar eclipse. We got the perfect view of totality, overlooking the hills to the northwest, which was a once-in-a-lifetime event. The pools were beautiful and the bar had everything. The location of this hotel is perfect - you can take a dip in the pool then step outside the hotel gates and you’re right on a pristine beach. There are many lovely restaurants nearby, serving delicious food for a reasonable price. The only downside to our stay was that the water stopped working for 12 hours on our second night, meaning the shower didn’t work and the toilet didn’t flush. However, this will not stop us from staying again - we are already planning our next visit to this hotel and we hope to stay longer next time. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel - it is outstanding.

DON’T DO IT! HVAC was horrible it felt like the set point was about 75° with no way to make it cooler. Bring you own wash cloth hotel only provide towels. Food was terrible, also hotel allowed guest to serve themselves without shirts or shoes The beds were extremely firm and the room was small All but 2 channels were in Spanish, no way to use personal accounts like Netflix etc. Guest hang towels over the balcony, it looks horrible. Voucher system for beach towels 10 euros per towel and 2 euro per cut for adults beverages. You will get the money back when you return the items 4 tiny elevators that takes forever to arrive. Staff super friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel brilliant location Peguera is a lovely safe resort with plenty of low key bars restaurants with a nice vibe no huge hills either. The hotel itself, all inclusive option included esterela and the food was as you would expect good quality with a variety of buffet options we had monkfish one night it was lovely. Negative bits, reception staff not very helpful we only wanted a coffee before an early flight but because that was between 7-730am that was an issue. There’s a drinks counter in reception which never has cups, no water easily available in the room or without asking reception for a paper cup. Little things but they could have made it a lot easier for our stay.

i wonder where they got the 4 stars from? every dinner looked the same. no inspiration, no heart. recycling? found one box, but watches how to put all together after collection. every morning the run after „the best“ place at the pool started by 07:30, serious that you have no option to stop this issue? locker for the room had to be replaced 2x. smokers made the stay on the balcony impossible. Management, take the business serious and earn less and spent more on the important things.

Room Water stopped working late evening, restored in the morning. WiFi was intermittent. It would work in lobby but in room, it did not present the log in window. Eventually, it worked. Oddly No hair conditioner or blankets. Beds only bed sheet , flat sheet and end of bed cover. Pillows offer no support. tv remote batteries probably needed replacing. Good thing is it has daily bed turnover service. Don’t leave food out bc ants can get in through cracks around the balcony door. Good pools and vibe over all.

Positive: nice view from balkony, daily activities within the hotel to stay entertained for both adults and kids, service and personnel were helpful and cheerful, location near beach, pools and bars were good, breakfast lunch and dinner really worth the money with different choices daily Negative: the room was not the most advanced in terms of equipment, the gym was also lacking some major equipment for a full workout

Wonderfully clean and fresh hotel with a few elements of disorganisation that were frustrating at time. E.g. our hotel was cleaned but towels not replaced. We also missed our flight out there and were not immediately checked in despite it not being peak season. Staff on front desk seemed flustered. For the price though, a wonderful stay and were always able to get a sun lounger. All inclusive drinks on tap!

he reception staff are not polite at all specialy the gay with mustache, and the girl call Dinya , we complained about the room there was a lot of ants and the conditioner was leaking , but she ignored us........the service is very bad and the BF is not delicious at all. Last time in this hotel.
