The staff were truly so helpful and accommodating. I hadn’t booked anything before arriving and they scheduled a catamaran cruise for me in addition to some dinner reservations. They had anything and everything you could possibly need or ask for. I even requested a massage at 11pm for the following morning and it was confirmed within 10 minutes. Loved my stay! Location was great too! I was alone and always felt safe walking around.

This was one of the loveliest hotel stays I’ve ever had! The staff were wonderful. The room was so nice and the bathroom products were very luxe. The breakfast was great and had a menu you could order from in addition to the buffet. It’s a convenient walk to the Palma Cathedral and the restaurants/shopping in Palma as well, but the location itself is very quiet and peaceful. The rooftop is beautiful and overlooks the water and there’s a wellness room that’s heated and has an indoor pool/sauna. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Our stay at Hotel El Llorenç was outstanding. The service was impeccable, especially from the concierge team who made everything effortless from start to finish. The spa facilities were stunning, and the rooftop pool was the perfect place to relax. The gym was clean and well-maintained, and little touches like Le Labo products in the bathrooms added a real sense of luxury. The entire property was spotless, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and we were constantly offered water and small comforts that made us feel truly cared for. Plus, the location—just steps from Palma’s Old Town—was unbeatable. We highly recommend this hotel and would absolutely return.

I loved the service, the aesthetic and location. It was walking distance to downtown Palma and was very convenient. Although I didn’t get to spend time in the spa/wellness area, the pool and Rooftop bar was awesome. My only concern was an ant issue in our room. The staff did their best to rectify the situation and I appreciate their attentiveness. Despite their effort, the issue persisted for most of our stay. All that said, this is an amazing property that I would recommend, just hope they can address the issue.

A wonderful hotel in Palma which was perfect for our girls’ trip. The staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough for you. Jose deserves a special mention! Breakfast is delicious and the rooftop pool was a welcome addition at the end of our days sight seeing!

Hotel El Llorenç Parc de la Mar exceeded all my expectations! From the warm welcome to the spotless room, every detail was impeccable. The rooftop pool and stunning views were a highlight, and the restaurant's food and service were exceptional. The staff's genuine hospitality made me feel valued throughout my stay. The staff at the hotel were excellent. Always attentive helpful and constantly and genuinely friendly. Their warm and considerate attitude was noticeable every day. They were the real differentiator for this hotel to stand out against similar models. Other important features. A very fresh, clean and stylish Hotel. And yes the food was excellent also.

Great location. Easy and beautiful walk to centre. Helpful and friendly staff. Room/bathroom very small but nicely furbished and decorated. Great for a short stay. Housekeeping rather inconsistent in checking coffee/tea supplies and fridge contents. Chocolates left on bed some nights, not others. Didnt eat at the hotel restaurant but it looked very nice. Swimming pool/sauna and steam area small but adequate and attractively laid out. Would recommend staying.

Location is ok. Amenities are not good. Theres a sewer smell. Pool is very small. Service is minimal. Theres almost no room service. They treat the guests in the restaurant better than the hotel guests. I would not come back. Definitely not a 5 star hotel.
