The road was flooded by the rain and taxi couldn't enter to the hotel area. I had to make several phone calls to find the direction and had to walk 10 minutes wet by dirty water all the way upto my thigh. Hotel did not informed the situation at all until I arrived. I was so~~~ mad and disappointed. I left the hotel without staying and needed to pay extra cost to get a room again in Danang. Very~~~bad operation.โ
