Avoid this hotel at all costs!

What an absolute nightmare dealing with the owner of this hotel. In all my years coming to Italy, I have never experienced anything like this hotel and this level of customer service. The room was 25 C and she insisted that it was working, whilst sweating with our two daughter who are the age of 6 & 8. We did not stay at this hotel. We disputed the charge as she refused to refund us until she had another occupant for the room. Do yourself a favor and stay at other hotels! The Tirreno hotel in Massa was gorgeous and had incredible rooms and service.

Wir bekamen ein zimmer mit Balkon, am nĂ€chsten Tag haben wir fĂŒr eine Nacht verlĂ€ngert ĂŒber Hotel.com. wurden streng darauf aufmerksam gemacht, das wir eine verlĂ€ngerung direkt mit dem Hotel klĂ€ren mĂŒssen, und das zimmer sei mit balkon schon reserviert, auf meone frage ein zimmerwechsel vorzunehmen, meinte die dame das gehe nicht, nur ein aufpreis von 20 euro fĂŒr das zimmer mit balkon. Also bezahlte ich die 20 euro. Am abreisetag stand plötzlich eine Dame mit einem neuen gast im zimmer und trĂ€ngte uns sofort das zimmer zu verlassen, alle 3min. kam die Dame ins Zimmer gestĂŒrmt und stresste uns jetzt sofort zu gehen. Wir waren am packen doch mit drei leuten geht das nicht innert 10 min. Laut Hotel.com war c/o um 1pm und nicht um 10.00 uhr
