The staff were fabulous and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them and we were made to feel very welcome!
The room was immaculate and had all the amenities needed. Its location is perfect for a short walk into Krakow.

โOverall a good hotel, a little bit on the outskirts but we enjoyed quiet at the end of a busy day. The shower doors were a bit flimsy though so we had to be careful when closing it. Otherwise, it is a good option for a few daysโ stay while exploring Krakow. โ
โThis is a city hotel so rooms are fairly compact but more than adequate. Rooms are very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Although the building is on a street which surrounds the Old Town, it is nevertheless very quiet. The park is directly across the road and it is a mere 5 minute walk to the Main Square and only a couple of minutes to the Castle so the location is excellent. โGreat location, easy to get from airport and very close to the old city and casle. View was also really nice. Future and bathroom were new. Personal is friendly.โ
