Bom custo benefício

O Hotel é muito agradável com uma área verde muito bonita. Os quartos confortáveis e limpos. Cama boa, precisando apenas melhorar os travesseiros. Café da manhã bom com bastante variedade. A localização fica próxima ao centrinho de Monte Verde aproximadamente 1 km e 200 metros, mas com acesso por uns 200 metros de rua de terra que não atrapalha a chegada e saída. Os funcionários muito atenciosos e simpáticos.

Única observação é que solicitei para ligar o Aquecedor, mas a pessoa da recepção informou que não ligaria naquele mês. E acho que de maneira inconveniente citou que a diária era promocional. Qdo em busquei o hotel eu não procurei por diária promocional, o preço que pediram eu paguei. Mas o Hotel é muito bom. Só acho que o aquecedor deveria estar disponível, pois é uma região fria, pelo menos para mim, todos os meses do ano. Que não faça diária promocional.

Recepção boa com funcionários solícitos. * No primeiro dia o cobertor e lençol causou alergias respiratórias, provavelmente por falta de ventilação e descuido com a manutenção diária. Obra no hotel na sexta feira (feriado de 18 a 21 abril). Além de hospedes barulhentos e sem noção o hotel necessita urgentemente de uma política de silêncio clara e amplamente conhecida, com placas nas escadas, quartos, corredores e locais de grande circulação. Café muito simples, poucas frutas, apenas mamão e melao. Misteira suja com restos de queijos e pães queimados. Reposição demorada dos alimentos. Aquecedor não funciona, o ambiente do quarto não ficou aconchegante, vc se aquecia com cobertor na cama, mas ao levantar o quarto estava frio quase te fazia desistir de ir ao banheiro ou pegar algum objeto. Foi solicitado o serviço de quarto mas a recepção disse que não estaria disponível por ser domingo. Os canais que funcionam na recepção não funcionam nos quartos. Decepcionante.

Gostamos da acomodação, entrega o que prometeu. O Atendimento que foi pouquissímo cordeal. Perdemos o café da manha por 05 minutos e nao houve esforço algum para nos ajudar. Entendemos que regras são regras, mas tambem entendemos gentilezas e que uma tentativa de nos agradar seria muito bem vinda (como trazer algo pronto da cozinha, se esforçar pra falar com alguem, recomendar algum local de café da manha proximo ou agradevel ou até mesmo uma conduta mesmo mais cordeal e gentil na fala, com simpatia etc)...Achamos que perdeu com isso.

Hotel é bom, com camas boas, confortãveis e roupas de cama de qualidade, Não utillizei o serviço de limpeza diaria por opção. Instalação simples mas com paisagens incriveis ao redor e que faz parte do hotel. Tem aquecimento a gas no quarto que te ensinam a utilizar e é muito bom. Café da manhã com o básico mas com bons produtos e sempre sendo repostos. Boa opção com custo beneficio compativel. Os funcionários são muito atenciosos. Voltaria

Uma boa hospedagem em Monte Verde, mas não deveria ser hotel e sim pousada, não tem serviços e nem restaurante, no quarto também não havia papel higienico, acho que esqueceram, isso por que foi no mais daro oferecido.
