"The room was clean updated. Not quiet with children running above us . Air conditioning not maintaining temperature either too hot or Too cold. Breakfast was terrible cold eggs, tater tots old hard and cold. We ate at 6am. Parking was tight. Very disappointed that"

"We stay here every couple months. The price can't be beat for the quality. I'm pretty understanding, so I can overlook small things, having been in the industry. The bed was comfortable, good variety of pillows for preferences. The shower amenities are ok, but I bring my own. Facing the parking lot is usually quieter than other rooms. There is a FedEx loading hub directly next to the hotel, as well as trains that sometimes come by several times a night if you're unlucky enough. Bring ear plugs. Last night we faced the parking lot and the sound waves weren't hitting the window directly so that may have made the difference because I heard nothing last night. Breakfast is decent. So is the coffee. Staff is friendly. This particular time a tissue was missed in the bathroom trash can and there was makeup smeared on the wall by the mirror. But small kine stuff I wouldn't call the desk over. Overall great deal and we've never gotten a gross room, over at least 6 visits....."

"The hotel overall was great! It was close to great shopping at Alderwood Mall and nearby restaurants. There is easy access to their transportation system and close to the train. The only downside is that the hot tub jets were not working, and there was no sign posted. The overall staff were very friendly and helpful."
