“Great location for a 'home base' in Newquay. The Family Studios set up was perfect for our family of four (kids 4 &7), with all the essentials we needed for our trip. We had a mix of meals in the room with the incredible sea view as well as dining out. Note that the mini fridge in the room does not have a freezer compartment, so one to think about when planning groceries for the week. “Excellent accommodation well equipped with all modern equipment really enjoyed our stay. Not too far from Newquay either but plenty to do here with bars and restaurants a plenty. Would certainly recommend it to anyone.”

“Great all round. Villa 12 was nice and spacious. Unusually the bedrooms are on the ground floor and upsrairs the living area. Location is good. Walkable into newquay centre in about 20 minutes. Discounted breakfast each morning for residents is a nice touch. Staff all friendly and if we returned to cornwall would definitely stay here again. ”

“No good service because on check in time no response by host and i have to bool another property Horrible experience not expected. My family struggle lot with out hotel and last minute we have spend lot amount for hotel.”

“A lovely, quiet and private location. The pod is compact and well appointed, with a lovely modern feel. Very well presented and some lovely welcoming touches. Communication was great from initial contact through to the welcome on arrival. Parking is up the road but only a couple of minutes walk. Highly recommended. ”

Great for early morning walks to the beach, and if you want to explore, most things are a short driving distance for hikes and other breathtaking nearby beaches. If you plan on being in this part of Cornwall, you should definitely book this home. Geoff & Jan are wonderful hosts.”
