“Overall the service was lackluster. I had an issue with my key not working and I was told to “pull-push” the door fast to get the key to work properly! The lobby was clean and well maintained but the elevator was slow. There were stains on the curtains and comforter. Bathroom also had a sewage smell upon my arrival.”

“Do not book this hotel! Stay away!! When I checked out, I was billed $28.88 per day as amenity fees + state/local taxes. When I asked about the purpose, I was told it was for the 15% discount at the restaurant and local touring. I spent $60 at the restaurant and toured nothing. So I paid close to $60 in fees to get a $8 discount on my restaurant bill. Best part is they don’t disclose this at check-in. Also, you can’t set the room temperature. We ould never set the thermostat below 68...
