“A lovely stay with our Cavalier King Charles dog called Bella. The breakfast's were excellent and there was a good choice for the evening meal. Our room was OK but had a sloping roof and not very easy to stay clear of when getting into and out of bed. The pubs location was good and the journey into Lincoln by car very easy. ”

“On the hottest day of the summer the long walk up Steep Hill seemed never ending. It was worth it when we reached this hotel. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The communal areas were inviting and beautifully decorated. The stairs and corridors to the room were like a rabbit warren but spotless and classically decorated. The room was stunning, it looked so inviting. Beautiful bedding, lush carpet, thick blackout curtains, a couple of chairs, a side table and drink making...

“Difficult to find and very problematic checking in. Digital check in never opened for me. The only way I was able to get into my room was that I was let in by a management person. I didn’t leave for dinner because I was afraid I’d be locked out. I wanted to drop my luggage around noon so I could see the sites without suitcase in tow but since there is no on site staff and no check in until 4 that was not possible. Please come up with a solution for travelers who need to store luggage. ”
