Room was clean overall, area not seen needed cleaning , bed comfy, heating in bathroom not working, no bathmat, bath very slippy when showering, windows in room had huge gaps at the top causing a bad draft and very noisy. Plenty of parking. Reception and bar staff good. Breakfast manager ‘Flick’ unwelcoming, dismissive, brusque, unhelpful and, worst of all, sarcastic. Poor quality food at breakfast. Room access keycard was faulty and twice I had to get reception to come up to let me in. No hot water in the morning, some problem with the boiler. Lift claustrophobic.

Comfortable rooms, good value. Breakfast service not bad but layout a bit confusing. Self service for juice would be helpful, also you had to ask for a cup for your tea and coffee, and a small side plate. I am sure there is a better way of distinguishing between prepaid guests and those paying at the time.

Always excellent!

Always excellent! After a five hour drive we are always met with a friendly smile from the receptionist, quite often Caitlin, which automatically makes us feel welcome and lifts us from that journey. Everything is clean and comfortable and the dining experience is excellent too. All staff are friendly and cheerful making it an even more enjoyable experience. Thank you everyone we will back soon

Massive carpark, quick check-in, all info given . A lift to the 1st floor The room i had was very spacious. The property itself is not bad, with a nice location. The staff at the front desk and swimming pool area were satisfactory. However, the cleaning staff did a poor job, leaving behind cobwebs and dust in the room. The room temperature was not regulated well, with some guests feeling too cold due to the inactive heating system. The bathroom was particularly dirty. I recommend improving the cleanliness and grammar in your writing.

Windmill of convenience.

This was a convenient location for us to meet friends from other directions. Drinks Food and Staff were all good - the general site all seems a little tired and could do with a facelift.
