"Outside was clean and spacious views can’t be beat…room furniture and appliances were a big fail. Not a huge deal but simply fixes..STAFF all around was fabulous knowledgeable friendly and kind."

"Embarrassingly bad. This hotel has the worst rooms I've ever stayed in. Poorly cleaned rooms, stained curtains, floors. I took off a jacket and it fell into the corner, in the morning I picked up a water soaked jacket with no explanation where the water came from? Anyway, do your research, I wish I had something nicer to say but I'm speaking the truth to help other travelers."

"Pro’s: Affordable price. $25 food voucher per day (can be used for breakfast, lunch, or dinner). Free towels, chairs and umbrellas at the beach front. Beach is very close by, maybe 3 min walking. Local hotels have servers at the beach that will bring you drinks and food. Bed was extremely comfortable. Staff is sweet, friendly and accommodating. Many restaurants close by within walking distance. Cons: Security latch inside the room was broken, but the room had a 2nd lock so it was fine. Elevator was out of order due to water damage. The floor in the room was a little dirty, you can tell it wasn’t swept. The hotel overall is a bit outdated and needs repairs, but they were doing some renovations while we were there so hopefully this will help. Also, the room was damp, so you can tell they don’t have the best ventilation system. Lots of construction happening on the roads near the hotel. "

"I stayed here for four nights (3/20-3/24) and overall had an okay experience. The shared spaces—the bar, pool, and restaurant—are nice, and it’s great that breakfast is included. Breakfast could use more variety. Most mornings it was bagels, toast, croissants, turkey and cheese, and apples. It would have been nice to have options like bananas, berries, or yogurt. Clearer instructions on where to go for breakfast would also help. Beach access could also be explained better. The beach is close, but because the hotel sits off the highway, you have to go up steps, cross over, then go down steps and look for the entrance. Our room (Room 25) was nice but very small for two people, especially compared to some other queen rooms that looked larger and had chairs and desk space. Housekeeping was inconsistent—our room was cleaned only once during the four nights, and we had to call multiple times for towels and washcloths. We also ran out of hand soap, and the soap dispenser seemed watered down and often spilled onto the counter. Staff were friendly overall, but clearer instructions for guests and more consistent housekeeping would improve the stay."

"Staff very friendly, and location convenient. Unfortunately zero sound proofing in the room - we could even hear our neighbor zipping up their suitcase. Sleeping was fairly impossible between planes and sirens. "
