As seniors (74) with the elevator not working made walking the stairs not so enjoyable. The morning breakfast was awesome. We will return again on our next visit to Campbelton.

1 ascenseur en panne pour une chambre au 2 ieme étage et mon épouse a des difficultés pour descedre des escaliers ..... 2 chambre affectée au 2 ième étage avec des demie fenêtres type sous sol non ouvrables 3 pb de bruit lorsque le voisin a rempli sa baignoire c'est comme si cela était dans notre salle de bains merci de faire part de nos observations à cet hotel Cordialement Doit on envoyer directement nos observations à la direction de cet hotel ?

Really nice upgraded. Quiet nice continental breakfast.

Not real friendly. Told us the elevator was broken. So we had to bring our luggage up 4 flights of stairs. When we got into out home there was a half eaten cheesey on the floor almost under the bed. As well as when I got out of the shower I stepped on a hair ball on the floor. Just overall no happy with this place.

We were there on a Saturday, there was loud music until maybe 11pm or midnight. But I had put my white noise on and it was fine.

My bathroom was very cramped and I found my room to be very noisy. The staff were very nice and the water front was clean and beautiful.

There was No dining in the hotel, no linnens in the room. Staff must have known as there was a table near the fro t desk with all the linnens. The sole bright spotwas the woman in yhe breakfast area who had an amazing welcoming smile and provided an excellent service.

The front desk was not that responsive when we asked for dinner recommendations. Basically said the on site restaurant was closed and that there was some info on a table across the hall.... The free breakfast was nice, but it was served to us, we got way too much and wasted a lot of food. We would rather serve ourselves and only take what we want.

The hotel is just over the bridge from Gaspe. Easy to find. There is a path along the water just behind the hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful. Good breakfast.
