Property is nothing like the pictures. It is all but abandoned. Sheets hanging (drying) in the public areas. No signs of life other than the clerk who barely made it to the door.

Trataré de resumir, considero algo caro el costo para lo que ofrece. No hay un wifi bueno, en mi habitación había un monitor de computadora en lugar de una TV. Los canales apenas y se ven. En la habitación solo había un pequeño jabón y shampoo. El aire acondicionado que me tocó fue de ventana hacia demasiado ruido. La alberca considero es lo más rescatable. P.d. No pude agregar mis fotos de evidencia para variar

El lugar necesita mantenimiento. La atención debe mejorar. La habitación muy amplia y con muy buen espacio, agradable. Normalmente lleva 2 sábanas, no solo 1. Las sábanas y almohadas súper impecables, muy limpias y sin olor. 👌 El aire acondicionado hace demasiado ruido. Hay que mejorar en la limpieza del baño. El restaurante sin servicio, no hay opciones de comer cerca. El vecindario da miedo.

El hotel parece estar abandonado, en primera llegas al lobby y después de varias horas de estar en carretera necesitas un sanitario y estaba todo a media luz los locales de venta que tienen sucios y con bolsas negras tiradas en el suelo, en segunda no tiene elevador, tercera las habitaciones con telarañas, si no es por que se me ocurre sacudir la cama se me suben las arañas, cuarta te bañas y la puerta corrediza de la regadera no ayuda a que no se salga el agua y nos tocó trapear porque era una laguna afuera, quinta los climas de ventana hacen demasiado ruido no puedes dormir, sexto no había señal en la tv, séptima no había agua caliente hasta que hablamos a recepción y nos dijeron que tenían apagados los calentadores, octava las almohadas hechas bolas,

There was no guests in the hotel. This hotel looked like a ghost hotel because it looked abandoned. Because of my families safety, we did not enter the hotel. This hotel does not look like what is portrayed in the page.

No amenities in the area of the hotel and town, arrived at 7pm ,,no food in town all closed,, hotel no food. room had jaccuzzi but no hot water turned on, soooo wait aprox 1 hr. for warmish water...temp set way to low for such a large tub...making zaccuzzi near useless. Hotel informed ..people operating very nice.

Me gustó la ubicación aislada porque da tranquilidad y quietud. No me gustó que no tiene restaurante ni servicios, ofrecen Wi-fi y no funciona, el cable no se ve bien, la regadera no funciona adecuadamente y no limpian la piscina, en general le falta mantenimiento y servicios.

Habitación ejecutiva decepcionante

Reservé una habitación ejecutiva pensando que tendría mejores prestaciones que la doble y sin embargo no funcionaba ni internet ni la televisión y el baño se descompuso.
