Disliked: Staff & service
Fizemos a reserva pelo site, mas quando chegamos lá não tinha ninguem, tudo fechado. Mandamos mensagens e ninguem nos retonou. Tivemos que ir pa outro hotel, o que gerou perda de tempo e desgastou muito. Não recomendo
