A Distressing and Unsafe Experience ​I booked a quadruple room based on online availability but was initially given a suffocating, tiny room with two single beds. I refused it and was reassigned to a chalet, which unfortunately proved to be a highly distressing environment. ​The property felt entirely unmonitored. An individual parked right outside my unit and blasted loud music for six continuous hours, and disruptive behavior from people on the grounds persisted through the day and night. When I called the desk for assistance, the employee was incredibly rude and threatening. My security concerns were validated the next morning when I found my portable door alarm had been triggered, and I later noticed the bottom metal of the door was damaged and dragging against the floor. ​The physical conditions of the chalet were equally poor: the room was freezing with no heating, the sink faucet had no hot water, and the bedding consisted of old blankets and torn sheets. There was something wrong with the electricity as all the mattresses and flooring emitted electric shocks. The only positive aspect was the breakfast buffet, which had a good variety and gluten-free choices, but the lack of safety and basic comfort ruined the stay. I heavily advise against staying here.
