precisa de uma reforma urgente

O hotel apesar de parecer requintado estão com instalções muito velhas , banheiro com bidê de 30 anos atras, a parte do cafe da manha com cadeiras precisando uregente de reforma, mesas pensas. café da manhã é razoável, apesar que o bolo visivelmente érs possivel perceber que não era fresco , já deveria ter um dias , estava ressecado como se fosse velho.

Estrutura antiga e que precisa de atualização

O hotel precisa de uma atualização. A estrutura é bastante antiga e, infelizmente, isso se reflete na experiência da hospedagem. Os quartos estão visivelmente envelhecidos, com enxoval bastante desgastado e travesseiros pouco confortáveis. A cortina do quarto não veda bem a luz e apresenta manchas, mofo e alguns rasgos. A televisão é pequena e a qualidade da imagem deixa a desejar — não sei se por conta da TV em si ou do sinal da antena. O banheiro também requer atenção: o teto é antigo, com sinais de mofo e acúmulo de sujeira. A vedação acústica do quarto é fraca, o que permite ouvir barulhos vindos de outros quartos e da rua. Além disso, no momento do check-out, havia apenas um funcionário na recepção. Embora ele fosse simpático e atencioso, não dava conta da demanda, o que gerou uma longa fila e bastante espera. O mesmo ocorreu com a garagem, que funciona apenas com serviço de manobrista — também operado por uma única pessoa, o que causava demora tanto na entrega quanto na retirada dos veículos. No geral, fica claro que o problema não está nos colaboradores, mas sim na falta de estrutura e organização do hotel, que parece não passar por melhorias há bastante tempo. Por isso, infelizmente, não pretendo retornar.
