Wonderful Place

My stay was wonderful, the entire team was helpful, helpful, and committed to making sure I had the best. I have several dietary restrictions and I was satisfied with all of them, with an incredible menu. Chef Cida attended to me personally and I tried dishes prepared with great refinement, delicious and beautiful. Those were happy days! Super recommendation and my place to return for sure. Thank you Mr. Luiz for your Beautiful Refugio do Saci.

O hotel e os funcionários muito atenciosos e simpáticos Contudo, o valor cobrado nas refeições e bebidas foi exorbitante e desproporcional Uma sobremesa de brownie com uma sorvete de sorvete de creme R$ 90,00 Um prato kids de escalope de carne arroz, feijão e fritas, R$ 100,00 E outras coisas que afugenta qualquer refeição ou bebida (copo de suco R$ 25,00) Enfim, fora isso, o hotel é muito bom, recomendamos

O local é muito bonito, na minha opinião só falta algum entretenimento. A noite o restaurante nao abre e tambem sentimos falta de uma vendinha por la. Além disso se você for levar seu PET eles cobram uma taxa que na minha opinião é abusiva! No site Hotels.com não informava que era cobrado, mas chegou na hora a recepção disse que a taxa existe e tive que pagar. De forma geral é um bom local, mas não sei se voltaria pela falta de entretenimento.

Falta de carinho com o hóspede

O refúgio diz que permite animais. Cobra R$ 120 por diária do PET e não oferece nada além de água de torneira. Dos 15 chalés 3 (considerando o nosso) estavam ocupados mas o Refugio disse que os hóspedes tinham reclamado do meu cachorro. Tentei descobrir quem tinha sido o queixoso para me desculpar mas acho que era a moça da recepção que gosta de gatos. O argumento foi que existem animais silvestres que podem estranhar o cachorro. Me mandou ler o termo que pedi mas não me forneceu. A alterativa era ficar 24h com a guia na mão. Com era impossível tive que levar o cachorro de volta e encarei cinco horas de estrada (ida e volta). Gatos podem circular soltos mesmo sem controle de zoonoses. Como se não bastasse no terceiro dia um hóspede foi embora e ficamos em dois (chalés 3 (meu) e 15 do outro hóspede) Ao chegar um novo hóspede, o destinaram ao chalé 2 (inacreditável). É prerrogativa do hotel mas não tiveram o menor carinho conosco. Ao questionar a portaria disse que esta definição é de outro departamento. Pedi então que questionasse o outro departamento alguma explicação. Estou esperando até agora bem como o termo que me mandaram ler mas não fornecem. Uma pena.
